NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION PROGRAM
The Preservation Program is designed to assist low-income homeowners, seniors, and persons with disabilities within the Southwest Area neighborhood with minor home repairs. We can offer minor repairs involving steps, gutters, drywall, windows, doors, painting and more. If the homeowner is in possession of a code violation, we can assist with minor landscaping to aid them in reaching compliance. We also provide Trash Out service referrals to promote healthy and safe neighborhoods. Eligible residents choose one minor repair/service. We provide our work/service free of charge, but clients are responsible to purchase/provide materials. Applicants must show a valid ID, proof of ownership (title, mortgage statement, tax statement, etc.), proof of income, and proof of household residents.
